Try This! Boot Camp Cardio Block

Boot Camp workouts use body weight only exercises that you can do in or outside of the gym.
Here is a great 6 minute workout block from this summer's drill instructor Claire.

Make sure you warm up before jumping into this Cardio Block
40 seconds of burpees, 20 seconds rest
40 seconds jumping lunges, 30 seconds burpees, 20 seconds rest
40 seconds up down plank, 30 seconds lunges, 20 seconds burpees, 20 seconds rest
40 seconds barrell jumps, 30 seconds up down plank, 20 seconds lunges, 10 seconds burpees
REST!!!
Repeat once or twice for a challenging anywhere workout!
